## **Concert/Event Management Platform (Showprima)**

### **1\. Project Overview**

* **Name:** Showprima Concert & Event Ticketing Platform

* **Summary:** A platform for organizing and selling tickets for concerts/events online.

* **Vision:** Provide a seamless ticket booking and management experience for **Admins**, **MBS partners**, and **Customers**.

### **2\. Objectives**

* Enable customers to view upcoming/past events and purchase tickets online.

* Provide Admins with full control over system management (events, customers, sponsors, payments).

* Allow MBS partners to manage events and track ticket sales.

* Integrate secure payment gateway for ticket sales.

* **Backend:** PHP, Laravel

* **Frontend:** Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, HTML, JavaScript, jQuery

* **Database:** MySQL (recommended)

  * Create/edit/delete admins.

  * Manage admin roles & permissions.

  * Status control (Active/Inactive).

  * Manage multiple admins with different access levels.

* **Admin Listing (Table View):**

### **Banner Management**

* **Types of Banners:**

  * **Image Banner** (JPG, PNG, WebP)

  * **Video Banner** (MP4, WebM)

* **Admin Features:**

  * Upload new banners (image/video).

  * Set banner **title** and **description** (optional).

  * Set **banner type** (image / video).

  * Manage **banner placement** (Homepage, Event Page, MBS Dashboard, etc.).

  * Set banner **status** (Active / Inactive).

  * Set **banner order/priority** for carousel display.

  * Replace/update existing banners.

  * Delete banners when no longer needed.

* **Frontend Display:**

  * Homepage slider showing active banners in priority order.

  * Auto-play videos with mute/unmute option.

  * Responsive design for mobile and desktop.

## **8\. Functional Modules (Admin – Content Management)**

### **Content Management**

This module allows Admins to create, edit, and manage different static and dynamic content pages of the platform.

* **Content Pages:**

  * Privacy Policy

  * Terms & Conditions

  * About Us

  * Contact Us

  * Refund & Cancellation Policy

  * FAQ

  * Support / Help Center

  * Any other custom pages (Admin can add new pages dynamically)

* **Admin Features:**

  * Create new content pages with:

    * Page Name

    * Page Slug (URL identifier)

    * Page Content (HTML editor with text, images, links, etc.)

  * Edit existing pages (inline editor or full editor).

  * Enable/Disable specific content pages.

  * Manage order/position of pages in frontend menus.

  * Assign pages to specific sections:

    * Footer Links

    * Header Menu

    * Event Info Page

  * SEO Management for each page (Meta Title, Meta Description, Keywords).

* **Frontend Display:**

  * Customers can view active content pages from header/footer links.

  * Fully responsive and mobile-friendly view.

## **9\. Functional Modules (Admin – Email Template Management)**

### **Email Template Management**

This module enables the Admin to create, edit, and manage system-generated and manual email templates.

* **Admin Features:**

  * Create/Edit/Delete email templates.

  * Configure sender details:

    * Sender Name

    * From (Email Address)

    * Subject Line

    * Message Body (Rich Text Editor with HTML support).

  * Use dynamic placeholders (e.g., \[\[NAME\]\], \[\[EMAIL\]\], \[\[ORDER\_ID\]\]).

  * Preview email before saving.

  * Enable/Disable templates.

  * Set email type (System Notification / Marketing / Manual Send).

  * Send emails manually to selected customers or admins.

* **System-Generated Email Templates Include:**

  * New User (Admin & Customer).

  * Password Reset Request.

  * Order Confirmation.

  * Payment Confirmation.

  * Ticket Created.

  * Settlement Request (MBS).

  * Any additional notifications as required.

* **Manual Email Sending:**

  * Admin can select a template and send email directly to one or multiple recipients.

  * Option to attach files (e.g., ticket PDF).

**MBS Management**

* Add/Edit/Delete MBS (Managed Booking System) entries

* Fields: Image, User Name, Name, Phone, Email, Password

* Toggle status (Active/Inactive)

* Action buttons: View, Edit, Login Portal

* Assign roles and permissions per MBS (like Ticket Reprint, Sales Control, Order Report, Event Booking, etc.)

* View MBS details (list with Image, Username, Name, Phone, Email, Status, Actions)

* Update MBS details (Name, Phone, Email, Username, Password, Image)
